Nonverbal communication is one of the most powerful ways that we communicate in our interpersonal relationships. Sometimes, however, we may find ourselves unintentionally communicating the wrong message. In this discussion, you will need to identify and focus on one of the functions of nonverbal communication. As you prepare to write this discussion post, take a few moments to do the following: Take time to reflect on the role of nonverbal messages in communication and the importance of understanding nonverbal communication. Think about some examples of nonverbal communication in your own life. Think about an experience youve had that involved a misunderstanding the resulted from unintended nonverbal communication.
