The American Revolution happened in 1754 between the United States which included the thirteenth colonies and Great Britain. This war begins with the French and Indian War. The Treaty of Paris ended the French and Indian War, the American phase of a worldwide nine years war fought between France and Great Britain. When Columbus went to Central America, he expanded the discovery of gold, so the Europeans conquered some lands in the United States.
